Jordan working with a marketing team: Where AI content helps, and where a marketer must decide

Delegate the draft, not the promise

AI can help prepare alternatives from approved information. Your team remains responsible for accuracy, customer promises and publication.

Give the draft enough context

Include the audience, channel, approved facts and a concrete purpose. Say what the reader should understand or do. Avoid asking for impressive language without defining the message.

Check claims separately from style

A clear sentence can still be wrong. Review prices, availability, statistics and comparisons against the source. Then edit tone and length.

Keep the original source visible

HubSpot documents AI-assisted content generation with Breeze. Even when drafting happens inside your publishing tool, keep review responsibilities explicit. Read HubSpot's content guidance.
