AI for CMOs
How do we keep AI content sounding like our brand?

Replace adjectives with examples
"Confident and authentic" means different things to different people. Show three approved paragraphs and three rejected ones. Explain why each fits or fails: sentence length, level of detail, promises and words you avoid.
Separate voice from facts
Your tone can be conversational while your offer dates remain exact. Keep service descriptions, prices and conditions in a separate approved reference. Do not let a style instruction quietly rewrite a business promise.
Use this briefing template
Audience: regional practice managers. Purpose: explain the approved consultation offer. Fixed facts: service description and offer dates. Local fields: address and booking link. Voice: use the attached approved examples. Missing information: flag it; do not invent it.

Illustrative editorial image, not a customer result.
Review consistently
Ask the same reviewer to assess a small set of drafts against the same criteria. If feedback contradicts itself, resolve the brand rule before changing the prompt again.
Keep the reference current
Assign an owner and a review date. Retire old examples when the message changes. Otherwise your new tool simply reproduces yesterday's brand more efficiently.
Discussion behind the question
This is original practical guidance prompted by a public discussion theme, not a claim that the poster represents all CMOs. Read the source discussion.
